Responsibilities

• Collect and process blood specimens from neonate to geriatric inpatients, emergency department, and other hospital services as needed.
• Assist with outpatient specimen collection and processing.
• Inoculate microbiology specimens onto primary media and process specimens for referral testing.
• Maintain required competencies and adhere to safety and quality standards.
