The ideal candidate has 6–10 years in KYC and project management, holds a Bachelor’s degree with a Master’s preferred, and will collaborate with global partners while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in KYC and Project Management.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, organizing, and tracking across multiple workstreams.
• Review deliverables and oversee day-to-day activities and tracking.
• Develop the project schedule and all other project work plans.
• Ensure quality in project documentation with detailed milestones.
• Analyze AML/KYC proposals to improve efficiency and feasibility.
• Identify needs for UAT, training, and implementation.
• Manage implementation strategy, organizational change, and production support.
• Escalate issues and drive risk mitigation to meet commitments.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to drive cross-workstream escalation and resolution.
