The Northern Trust Company is seeking an experienced KYC/EDD subject matter expert for the Global Financial Crime Compliance function in the second line of defense. The role will manage KYC/EDD processes across the firm’s global footprint and report to the Global Head of KYC/EDD, located in London or Chicago.

• Extensive experience in financial services compliance or risk management.
• Significant AML/KYC/CDD/EDD expertise and strong control knowledge.
• Ability to apply FCC laws and regulations to business activities.
• Proven ability to lead stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
