Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering or platform engineering.
• Proficiency in Go or Python.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerized applications.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or OCI.
• Familiar with Jenkins and Argo CD CI/CD.
• Experience with Terraform and GitOps practices.
• Strong troubleshooting and collaboration abilities.
• Preferred experience operating production Kubernetes environments (EKS/OKE).
• Familiarity with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry.
• Experience building internal developer platforms or self-service tooling.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and integrate software solutions that align with business needs.
• Analyze system requirements and customize applications for optimal functionality.
• Assist with software updates and rollouts of software releases.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote technical excellence within the team.
• Engage with QA to verify technical specifications and deliver reliable applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in software applications and systems.
• Synthesize market research to guide project strategies and product offerings.
• Conduct training sessions for operational staff on internally developed applications.
