Job summary

Philips in Cambridge, MA is seeking a Senior Manager - KOL Strategy and Engagement to identify, recruit, and cultivate KOLs, hospital executives, and reference sites to strengthen advocacy and market influence.

You will develop annual engagement plans, manage outreach and contracts, and coordinate advisory councils and speaking engagements, turning advocacy into stories and marketing assets.

This in-office role requires 3 days on-site, with relocation not provided and residence near Cambridge, MA.

Qualifications

• 5+ years identifying, managing and engaging with KOLs; 10+ years in healthcare industry.
• Experience managing executive-level KOLs and leading customer events.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Marketing, Sales, Business Admin, Product Mgmt or equivalent.
• Ability to meet minimum physical, cognitive and environmental requirements.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and cultivate relationships with KOLs, hospital executives, power users, and reference sites.
• Develop and execute annual customer engagement plans to amplify customer voices and advocacy.
• Manage outreach, contracting, and reference site programs for a seamless experience.
• Coordinate user groups, advisory councils, speaking engagements, and best-practice sessions.
• Create customer stories, case studies, testimonials and marketing materials with metrics.
