Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in healthcare, life sciences, medical devices, diagnostics, or pharma.
• Experience managing KOL engagement, advisory boards, speaker programs, VOC initiatives, or events.
• Ability to partner with Medical Affairs, Clinical Affairs, and commercial teams in a matrixed org.
• Excellent communication, synthesis, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive KOL engagement strategy across clinical areas.
• Identify, segment, and prioritize KOLs based on expertise, influence, advocacy impact, and geography.
• Build and maintain compliant relationships with KOLs in partnership with Medical Affairs.
• Design, implement, and manage VOC programs and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Plan and manage speaker programs and external webinars; ensure alignment with objectives.
• Coordinate advocacy activities with Government Affairs and Medical Affairs; track trends.
