Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking a Sr. AD/AD, Health Systems Marketing - CRM (Remote) to drive Health Systems strategy and pull-through activities for the assigned Therapeutic Area.

You will develop unbranded materials, support POA planning and collaborate with cross-functional teams globally to deliver impactful Health Systems initiatives. The role requires solid pharma marketing experience, strong stakeholder management, and a willingness to travel up to 50% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute Health Systems strategy for assigned TA under oversight of Health System Director.
• Develop, implement and manage Health Systems tactics (POA materials and tools).
• Create unbranded Health Systems pull through material and ensure aligned execution of TA strategies.
• Collaborate with Market Research, HEOR, and Analytics to pull through insights into unbranded material.
• Support planning, training and implementation for POAs and manage risk within the HPRC review process.
• Support unbranded Population Health Content for the assigned area of focus.
