Five Stones Research Corporation (5SRC) seeks experienced professionals to join our Huntsville-headquartered team. The role emphasizes serving as senior technical authority for Knowledge Operations and guiding data governance initiatives across enterprise systems.

You will provide strategic guidance to government stakeholders, applying advanced analytics to mission operations and helping strengthen resilient IT infrastructure in a DoD setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree or equivalent in STEM with at least 15 years of relevant IT experience working on missile defense-related or other complex, large DoD program/projects.
• Alternative: Bachelor's degree in STEM related field plus 15 years of relevant IT experience working on missile defense-related or other complex, large DoD program/projects.
• 5+ years of Knowledge Operations Management experience in the DoD IT Environment.
• Ability to lead, coordinate, and execute specialized IT system planning, design, maintenance, sustainment, and assessment activities.
• Extensive experience with Records Management Systems and Database Development.
• Ability to work independently and/or lead teams to analyze and resolve problems.
• Ability to provide daily supervision and direction to support teams.
• Immediate capability to work in a DoD IT environment with minimal assistance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior technical authority and strategic advisor for all Knowledge Operations support roles.
• Develop, implement, and maintain an enterprise data governance model to guide data integrity, stewardship, and lifecycle management.
• Provide advanced technical expertise to advise and assist government stakeholders in improving operational effectiveness and efficiency of Applications and Data Management services.
• Leverage innovative data analytics to enhance mission operations and drive data-informed decision making.
• Advise and assist the government in developing recommendations to strengthen resilient communications and computing infrastructure.
• Perform IT functions in accordance with Federal and DoD regulatory guidance to ensure compliance, security, and operational resilience.
