Qualifications

Designing and implementing knowledge management solutions for complex organizations.
Advanced hands-on experience with Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.
Developing dashboards and visualizations using Microsoft Power BI.
Microsoft 365 tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, Lists, Forms, Planner, and related capabilities.
Ability to assess poorly defined requirements and deliver executable capabilities rapidly with limited supervision.
Developing scalable information architectures, governance models, workflows, and business processes.
Strong written and verbal communication with senior government leaders and subject-matter experts.

Responsibilities

Rapidly assess knowledge management, collaboration, reporting, and information-sharing requirements and implement value.
Establish and manage the knowledge management environment using Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
Design intuitive SharePoint sites, information architectures, metadata, permissions, workflows, and governance.
Develop Teams structures to enable collaboration while avoiding proliferation.
Develop Power BI dashboards and executive visualizations for program data.
Use Power Automate, Lists, Forms, and Power Apps to automate routine processes.
Integrate information across functions to establish authoritative sources and reduce manual spreadsheets.
Develop leadership dashboards, action trackers, decision logs, calendars, and task management tools.
Establish data governance, naming conventions, and lifecycle management.
Standardize and automate processes while preserving flexibility for growth.
Create reusable templates, architectures, and governance that scale enterprise-wide.
Coordinate with IT, cybersecurity, data, PM, acquisition, security, finance, contracting, and engineering.
Translate leadership objectives into executable technical solutions and train users.
