Amentum is seeking a Knowledge Management Communications Manager Senior to support DHS/ICE Camp East Montana in El Paso, TX. This role oversees program-wide communications and drives knowledge sharing across the organization.

You will manage a database of cost-saving initiatives, lead CPAR evaluations, and direct the executive editor process for the monthly newsletter while coordinating with ICE/DHS and leadership teams.

Qualifications

• Ten years of experience in proposal development, remote field operations, and government contracts.
• Ability to manage government reviews, metrics, and comprehensive reports.
• Strong understanding of US government contracts and customers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program-wide communications with officials to ensure unified messaging.
• Develop structure for a database of cost-saving initiatives and lessons learned.
• Set goals to strengthen customer relationships through better communications.
• Direct staff supporting knowledge management and CPAR evaluations.
• Evaluate field communication and prepare briefings for leadership.
• Manage employee suggestion program and recognition.
• Serve as Executive Editor for monthly newsletter.
• Support Knowledge Management Senior Director and field staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
