Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, knowledge management, digital marketing or related field.
• 6–7 years of experience in knowledge management, strategic communications, or related area.
• Experience creating high‑quality communication and knowledge products for technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Experience with donor‑funded projects and health systems programs is desirable.
• Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge management and learning approaches aligned with project priorities.
• Identify gaps, capture innovations, and disseminate knowledge products.
• Maintain systems for organizing and retrieving project documents and materials.
• Create and disseminate evidence, lessons learned, and best practices.
• Facilitate learning sessions, reviews, and communities of practice.
• Translate technical information into clear messages for diverse audiences.
• Produce communication products, including stories, fact sheets, newsletters, and briefs.
• Ensure branding and quality standards across all materials.
