Job summary

Global Dimensions, LLC seeks a Senior Knowledge Manager (Requirements Analysis) in Fort Meade, MD to align people, processes, technologies, and information-sharing capabilities for analytic production. You will work with users, analysts, and technical teams to define requirements, improve workflows, and support knowledge management across the IC.

The role requires U.S. citizenship, TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph willingness, and Security+ CE within six months.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required due to government requirements.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance with willingness to take CI Polygraph.
• Security+ CE certification to be obtained within six months of hire.
• Bachelor’s degree and eight years of relevant experience; no substitution for education.
• Demonstrated knowledge of knowledge management, requirements analysis, and analytic production.

Responsibilities

• Align processes and technologies to enable information sharing among analysts and organizations supporting analytic production.
• Utilize databases, content management, and records management systems to improve workflows.
• Compile reports on performance, usage, capability gaps, and future requirements for knowledge management.
• Distribute intelligence products across networks, systems, and portals.
• Develop system requirements aligned with DoD and IC architecture standards.
• Gather, validate, and update user and functional system requirements through stakeholder engagement.
• Develop use cases and evaluate system requirements including data flows and hardware/software needs.
• Collaborate with users to identify operational problems and ensure viable design solutions.
• Review analytic products for logical coherence and evidentiary support.
• Apply qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies to improve mission outcomes.
