Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Senior Utility Worker to support kitchen operations at EAST MISSISSIPPI COMMUNITY COLLEGE. The role involves maintaining diverse kitchen areas, equipment and utensils, while acting as a senior member directing colleagues within your scope of responsibility.

Responsibilities include cleaning, dishwashing, floor care, and coordinating with team members. Applicants should have 1+ year of related experience and be available for varying shifts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean kitchen work areas, equipment and utensils.
• Wash dishes/pots by hand or in a machine and polish silverware
• Sweep, mop, and clean floors, and remove garbage to designated areas
• Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators and meat blocks
• Transferring supplies and equipment within storage and work areas
• Attend shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned depending on account needs
