Qualifications

• At least one year of full-service kitchen experience or GM-level experience in a fast-casual environment.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing kitchen teams.
• Experience with kitchen systems: KDS, scheduling, inventory management, and effective ordering.
• Strong focus on food safety, guest experience, and cost controls.
