You will oversee daily prep, safety, inventory, scheduling, and performance management, while partnering with front-of-house leaders to ensure guest satisfaction and a great, teamwork‑driven culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of full-service kitchen or GM-level leadership in fast-casual settings.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Familiarity with kitchen systems including KDS, inventory, and ordering.
