BJ’s Restaurants, Inc. is seeking a Senior Kitchen Manager to lead daily kitchen operations and develop high-performing teams. You will drive food quality, safety, and guest satisfaction while making key operational decisions as part of the restaurant leadership team.

Responsibilities include coaching, scheduling, cost control, and ensuring consistent, exceptional guest experiences across shifts.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of full-service kitchen experience or GM-level experience in fast-casual.
• Experience leading, coaching and motivating high-performing teams.
• Familiarity with kitchen systems including KDS, scheduling and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily kitchen operations and ensure a well-prepared team.
• Set priorities through pre-shift communication and coaching.
• Maintain a safe, compliant kitchen environment.
