BJ’s Restaurants, Inc. is seeking a Senior Kitchen Manager in Newport News, VA to lead daily kitchen operations and develop a high-performing team. You’ll drive food quality, safety standards, inventory controls, and guest satisfaction with a focus on cost management and efficient ordering.

This exempt role requires strong leadership and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. You’ll partner with front-of-house leaders to deliver seamless service, coach staff, and support career growth

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of full-service kitchen leadership or GM-level experience in a fast-casual environment.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and motivate high-performing teams.
• Experience with kitchen systems and technology including KDS and inventory management.
• Strong focus on food safety, quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays with long shifts.
