Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service-oriented environment.
• 6 months of experience in food preparation and general maintenance/cleaning in a kitchen/dining area in a high-volume operation; or equivalent.
• For campus coffee shops: minimum of 3 months experience in a coffee shop.
• For catering operations: minimum of 3 months experience in banquet events.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of semi-skilled duties related to food preparation, customer service, safety and sanitation.
• Handle cleaning duties in kitchen and dining areas.
• May lead a small group of student staff in a team environment.
