You will manage scope, schedule, budget, procurements, and field coordination, ensuring contract compliance and high-quality project delivery.

Travel to job sites is required as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the execution of multiple high-value commercial kitchen projects.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, billings, and contracts.
• Serve as primary contact for customers, contractors, vendors.
• Oversee procurement, delivery, and installation of equipment.
• Review POs and manage billing milestones.
• Identify constructability issues and develop pre-field solutions.
• Ensure compliance with plans, specs, contracts, and codes.
• Maintain thorough project documentation.
• Support sales, estimating, operations with technical input.
• Travel to job sites as needed for coordination and closeout.
