Job summary

Avanti Restaurant Solutions is seeking a Refrigeration Manager to lead and develop the refrigeration operation in Southern California. You will guide the team, schedule projects, ensure installation quality, and coordinate with Kitchen King, manufacturers, and consultants to support walk-ins and custom systems.

Responsibilities include directing field execution, maintaining standards, developing quoting capabilities, and managing materials, fleet, and warranty processes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading refrigeration projects and teams in a field environment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, schematics, and manuals.
• Proven track record coordinating installation projects, field teams, schedules, and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead refrigeration team and oversee field execution and quality.
• Coordinate daily schedules, project priorities, and resources across teams.
• Develop and support refrigeration quoting processes and review plans and installation requirements.
• Manage materials, fleet, and equipment; ensure supplies and tools are available.
• Coordinate warranty work within Kitchen King warranty period and with manufacturers.
• Collaborate with manufacturers and consultants to address engineering needs and support project execution.
