The successful candidate will bring 10+ years in residential remodeling or carpentry, with strong cabinet installation and finish carpentry skills, and the ability to read plans and manage schedules

Qualifications

10+ years in residential remodeling or carpentry with leadership responsibility.
Strong cabinet installation and finish carpentry expertise.
Ability to read plans and plan work, coordinate trades, and manage schedules.

Responsibilities

Lead kitchen, bath, and related interior remodeling projects from demolition to punch-list closeout.
Perform high-quality hands-on work including cabinet installation and trim.
Coordinate trade partners, inspections, material deliveries, and site activity.
