• Experience in residential remodeling carpentry and finish work.
• Strong measurement, layout, and cutting skills.
• Ability to read plans and work from blueprints.
• Proficiency with power tools and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean job site.
• Unpack, organize tools, and manage materials for jobs.
• Assist Lead Carpenter with daily tasks and site operations.
• Install doors, windows, trim, and cabinetry with precision.
• Frame walls, floors, and roofs, and ensure weatherproofing.
• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
