Qualifications

• 5 years of experience on advanced planning systems as developer, analyst or consultant.
• Good understanding of supply chain planning processes including demand, supply and S&OP.
• Experience with developing, implementing or supporting supply chain planning solutions (Kinaxis RapidResponse – Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, S&OP).
• Bachelor's Degree in technical engineering, science field or related discipline; MS or MBA preferred.
• Experience with supply chain planning algorithms such as Heuristic and Optimizer.
• Exposure to data integration technologies (HCI, CPI) with SAP-ERP and other non-SAP systems.
• Agile thinker with ability to learn new skills and collaborate effectively.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the supply chain planning Sr. Developer of Kinaxis- Rapid Response in driving optimal solutions.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements for new capabilities and upgrades.
• Design and deliver IT solutions following best practices across People, Process, Technology & Data.
• Partner with IT, Supply Chain and BI&A teams to explore options and influence cost-effective solutions.
• Develop solution roadmaps aligned with business objectives and SLA requirements.
• Ensure timely resolution of tickets and system issues per SLA guidelines.
• Provide system training to business stakeholders.
