Job summary

Lam Research is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support the Supply Chain organization, focusing on Kinaxis RapidResponse and SAP ECC integration. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, data analysis, and scalable process improvements to enable transformation programs.

You will partner with business and technology teams to design, prototype, test, and roll out new planning tools and processes, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and fast-paced growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology or equivalent work experience
• 10+ years in Supply Chain Planning & Simulation space with Kinaxis RapidResponse
• Experience implementing custom extensions to planning solutions
• Strong SQL querying and data analysis skills
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and communicating to leadership

Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge of supply chain planning, execution, and fulfillment to support transformation programs
• Partner with stakeholders to evaluate current processes and identify improvements
• Drive new processes and tools to support rapid business growth
• Assist project management with requirements, design, testing, training, and cut-over
• Architect and analyze solution options to meet business requirements
• Support complex problems with scalable, automated system solutions
• Collaborate on cross-functional Kinaxis and SAP initiatives
• Create workbook configurations and scripts in Kinaxis RapidResponse
• Communicate complex planning scenarios to diverse audiences
