Job summary

You will collaborate across Merchandising, Sales, Planning, Brand, and Marketplace teams, driving go-to-market readiness and sell-in success with strong analytical rigor and cross-functional influence.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Footwear, Apparel, Equipment, or relevant consumer product merchandising
• Strong command of retail and digital metrics: sell-through, margin, bookings, inventory productivity
• Translate consumer and marketplace insights into in-season actions and longer-term strategies
• Experience preparing seasonal, channel-specific tools and storytelling for Sales partners
• Proven ability to build relationships across a matrixed North America organization

Responsibilities

• Build consumer-centric, channel-specific assortments for Kids Footwear and Apparel across North America
• Translate product strategies into clear assortments by channel and tier, aligned to consumer needs
• Lead seasonal processes and calendars from GTM to post-GTM with clear handoffs
• Equip Sales teams with channel-specific assortments, narratives, and tools for sell-in
