Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant industry experience in merchandising.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, Marketing, or related field.
• Footwear, apparel, and/or equipment merchandising experience.
• Proven expertise in franchise management and understanding of retail KPIs and profit-based metrics.
• Strong strategic thinking to shape the future of the business.

Responsibilities

• Build consumer-centric, channel-specific assortment plans for Kids Footwear and Apparel across North America.
• Own translation of product strategies into clear assortments by channel and tier.
• Manage multiple seasons concurrently with in-market performance and partner feedback.
• Lead Go to Market (GTM) and post-GTM processes with clear handoffs and deliverables.
• Equip Sales with channel-specific assortments and compelling narratives for sell-in.
• Leverage bookings and performance data to refine channel strategies and improve assortments.
