Global Sports Jobs Limited is seeking a senior NA Merchandising leader to shape kids footwear and apparel assortments across North America. You will drive channel-specific plans and co-ordinate with Product, Sales, Planning, Brand, and Finance to inform decisions.

The role requires 5+ years in merchandising, a business-focused degree, and a results-driven, collaborative approach suited to a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of merchandising experience in consumer goods, footwear, or apparel.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, Marketing, or related field; mix of education and experience accepted.
• Footwear, apparel, and/or equipment merchandising experience.
• Franchise management and retail KPI/profit metrics understanding.
• Strong strategic thinking to shape the business future.
• Effective communication with diverse audiences and leadership levels.

Responsibilities

• Build consumer-centric, channel-specific assortments for Kids Footwear and Apparel across North America.
• Translate NA product strategies into clear assortments aligned with capacity and account needs.
• Manage multiple seasons using in-market data and partner feedback.
• Equip Sales with clear assortments and narratives for sell-in.
• Collaborate with North America Sport Merchandising, Sales, Planning, Brand teams.
• Lead seasonal workflows from GTM to post-GTM with clear handoffs.
• Provide channel-specific assortments and tools for confident sell-in.
• Deliver insights to refine channel strategies and future assortments.
