Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Technical Architect to lead end-to-end demo design and delivery for world-class events, partnering with Product Marketing, Designers and Developers. You will architect multi-cloud demo environments, build real product experiences, and ensure flawless stage execution.

You will travel ~33% of the time, work with executives and teams across the globe, and own demos from concept to presentation, including live showcases at Dreamforce and World Tours.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and declarative automation
• Proficiency in front-end web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and modern frameworks
• Experience with org setup, configuration, data modeling, and environment management for complex demos or POCs
• Willingness to travel at least 33% (domestic and international)
• Ability to work flexible hours including occasional evenings and weekends during event preparation periods

Responsibilities

• Design and build end-to-end demo environments across multiple Salesforce clouds and integrated third-party systems
• Architect multi-product demo flows that tell compelling customer stories
• Create and manage Salesforce demo orgs (SDOs), Slack workspaces, and connected environments with proper data models
• Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and platform automation
• Build both real product implementations and creative workarounds when product constraints require it
• Establish and maintain reusable proof patterns that accelerate future demo builds
