Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Technical Architect to lead the design, development, and delivery of live product demonstrations for Salesforce's highest-profile events. You will own end-to-end demos across multiple clouds, write code, configure orgs, and ensure flawless execution on stage.

You will partner with Product Marketing, Designers, and Engineers, travel at least 33%, and shape demo narratives that showcase new features.

Qualifications

5+ years hands-on Salesforce platform experience.
Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and declarative automation.
Strong front-end skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks.
Ability to work under extreme time pressure with high-stakes deadlines and live event delivery.
Experience with org setup, configuration, data modeling, and environment management.
Willingness to travel at least 33% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

Design and build end-to-end demo environments across multiple Salesforce clouds and integrated third-party systems.
Architect multi-product demo flows that tell compelling customer stories.
Create and manage Salesforce demo orgs, Slack workspaces, and connected environments with proper data models and integrations.
Develop custom solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and platform automation to bring demo stories to life.
Establish and maintain reusable proof patterns that accelerate future demo builds.
Own demo technical readiness for keynote events including rehearsals, code freezes, and live show support.
