Job summary

Salesforce seeks a Senior Keynote Developer to translate leadership's vision into working prototypes and build tools that let global teams run live demos. You will keep product and engineering aligned on what is safe to show on stage at Dreamforce and World Tour events.

You will architect end-to-end demo environments across Salesforce, Slack, and external platforms, building with Apex, Lightning web components, flows, and automation, and create reusable guides so teams can execute demos with

Qualifications

• You have 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience in development, admin, or solution architecture, with Apex, LWC, flows, and declarative automation, plus HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
• You have prototyped ambiguous concepts for executive audiences and built enablement tools for distributed teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with non-technical partners to translate stories into technical solutions.
• You can work under extreme time pressure with high-stakes deadlines, travel at least 33% of the time, and offer flexible hours during event prep.
• A related technical degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on work in crunch moments, fixing bugs, or reshaping demo flows before showtime.
• Partner with leadership to turn emerging product ideas into demo prototypes across Salesforce, Slack, and external platforms.
• Architect end-to-end demo environments and multi-product flows with Apex, LWC, flows, and platform automation.
• Create reusable demo guides, toolkits, and training for global teams to run demos with less centralized support.
• Own technical readiness for keynote events, including rehearsals and live show support, coordinating with product and engineering on timing, constraints, and risk.
