Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a senior technical architect for the Cross-Cloud Marketing Demo team to own end-to-end demo environments and multi-product flows using Apex, Lightning Web Components, flows, and platform automation.

You will partner with product marketing, developers and designers to turn ideas into live prototypes, prep rehearsals, and support keynote moments worldwide. Travel up to 33% and work under tight show deadlines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform in development, administration, or solution architecture at a senior level and continuing to maintain strong skills in Apex, Lightning Web Components, flows, and declarative automation, plus front-end web technologies.
• Prototyped ambiguous concepts for executive audiences across multiple platforms and built enablement tools that scale to distributed teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills — ability to work with non-technical partners (marketing, design, executives) to translate stories into technical solutions.
• Able to work under extreme time pressure with high-stakes deadlines, travel at least 33% of the time, and work flexible hours during event preparation.
• A related technical degree required.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end demo environments and multi-product flows, building with Apex, Lightning web components, flows, and platform automation.
• Create reusable demo guides, toolkits, and training so global teams can execute live demos with less centralized support.
• Own technical readiness for keynote events, including rehearsals and live show support, while coordinating directly with product and engineering teams on timing, constraints, and risk.
• Inform executives of technical details, bug fixes, or demo flow reshaping during crunch moments to ensure flawless showtime.
• Partner with leadership to turn emerging product ideas into demo-able prototypes across Salesforce, Slack, and external platforms.
