Qualifications

• 8+ years driving creative strategy and execution in an agency or in-house creative team.

Responsibilities

• Set the creative direction for each keynote: develop visual concepts and territories from the narrative and audience.
• Create original art, illustrations and presentation slides for executive keynotes at top events.
• Build and maintain keynote visual systems (templates, style guides, motion and graphic standards).
• Direct internal designers and external agencies, providing feedback and partner selection.
• Make trade-off decisions to preserve creative integrity across teams and productions.
• Present direction to senior leaders and explain the rationale behind visual decisions.
• Direct AI-augmented production: decide when AI speeds work vs human-led craft, setting quality bars.
• Partner with leads and video teams to ensure a cohesive show across animation and live elements.
• Travel to events as needed and work across time zones with a distributed team.
