Amazon Web Services, Inc. seeks a Sr. Keynote Creative Strategist to own the visual direction and craft of AWS keynotes at events like re:Invent and AWS Summits. You will transform complex tech narratives into original art, slides, and visual systems for both technical and non-technical audiences.

The role blends strategy and hands-on work: define the look, produce outputs yourself, and guide internal designers and external partners to ensure a cohesive show across locations and time zones.

Qualifications

• 8+ years driving creative strategy and execution at an agency or in-house creative team.
• Experience presenting concepts effectively to senior executives.
• Experience leading creative development from concept to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Set the creative direction for each keynote: develop visual concepts from the narrative and align with executives and content leads.
• Create original art, illustrations and slides for executive keynotes at high craft level.
• Build and maintain keynote visual systems (templates, style guides, motion/graphic standards) for consistency across events.
• Direct internal designers and external agencies; provide clear feedback and select partners.
• Make trade-off decisions across executives, product teams, and production partners to uphold creative integrity.
