Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Keynote Creative Director to own the visual craft of AWS keynote presentations, including at re:Invent and AWS Summits. You will define the look and feel, create original art and slides, and direct both internal designers and external partners.

The role blends strategic direction with hands-on execution, guiding teams and presenting concepts to senior leadership, while managing AI-enabled workflows to maintain high creative standards.

Formación

• 8+ years driving creative strategy and execution.
• Experience leading creative development from concept to delivery.
• Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Set the creative direction for each keynote: develop visual concepts and territories from the narrative and audience.
• Create original art, illustrations and presentation slides for executive keynotes at high-profile events.
• Build and maintain keynote visual systems (templates, style guides, motion and graphic standards).
• Direct and mentor internal designers and external agencies and vendors; give clear creative feedback.
• Make trade-off decisions across executives, product teams and production partners to preserve creative integrity.
• Present creative direction to senior leaders, explaining the reasoning behind visual decisions.
• Direct AI-augmented creative production; decide when AI speeds work vs. human-led craft.
• Partner with keynote leads and video teams to ensure cohesive show experience.
• Available to work across time zones with a globally distributed team and travel as needed.
