Job summary

Autodesk seeks a seasoned Keynote Content Producer to shape the creative content behind iconic live experiences such as AU, OTC, and TechX. You will partner across Executive Communications, Product Marketing, Brand, Creative, and production agencies to craft presentations, multimedia content, and demos for global audiences.

You will orchestrate complex workstreams, build stakeholder alignment, and manage risks to ensure timely delivery while maintaining high-quality, show-ready assets for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in live event production, keynote production, or related field.
• Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder projects with multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Director of Keynote Strategy and stakeholders to produce engaging keynote experiences, translating messaging into content.
• Manage end-to-end production of keynote content across Autodesk's event portfolio, ensuring on-schedule delivery and show readiness.
• Drive alignment across departments, facilitating decisions and influencing outcomes across teams without direct authority.
• Lead presentation design, motion graphics, video production, and collaboration with external agencies and partners.
