Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or B2B sales.
• Strong knowledge of international freight forwarding, warehousing, and logistics solutions.
• Proven track record managing major accounts and developing new business.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and provide practical logistics solutions.
• Business-level Japanese and English required; able to coordinate with overseas offices.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with assigned key accounts and act as primary commercial contact.
• Develop understanding of customers' supply chains and future projects.
• Prepare quotations and lead commercial negotiations.
• Coordinate with internal teams and Yamato Group offices for multinational accounts.
• Travel to visit customers and support business activities.
• Monitor account performance, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
