Pacific Advisory Service is seeking a Senior Key Account Manager for the U.S. logistics and freight forwarding sector.

The role requires managing flagship accounts, growing revenue, and delivering end-to-end logistics solutions while coordinating with internal teams and overseas offices. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in logistics or related B2B sales, strong negotiation and relationship skills, and business-level Japanese and English.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or related B2B sales.
• Strong knowledge of international freight forwarding, warehousing, and logistics solutions.
• Proven track record of managing major customer accounts and developing new business.
• Strong commercial negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage relationships with assigned key accounts and serve as the primary commercial contact.
• Develop understanding of customers' supply chain needs and future projects.
• Maintain relationships with key decision-makers and other stakeholders.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts and prospects.
• Develop logistics solutions with internal teams and overseas offices.
• Prepare quotations and lead commercial negotiations.
