BODYARMOR is seeking a Senior Key Account Manager to join our team.

The Senior Key Account Manager will manage and develop accounts within assigned regions, reporting directly to the Director, Customer Sales. This role involves representing the company to ensure strategic sales execution and achievement of financial objectives based on organizational goals for the territory.

Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the planning, development, and execution of promotional plans for all accounts, utilizing industry data such as IRI/Nielsen.
  2. Act as a strategic partner to regional Sales and Marketing teams to optimize financial investments and manage promotional spend.
  3. Lead the sales organization within the territory, identifying opportunities and establishing goals to meet targets.
  4. Review and report on budgets, including customer and T&E expenses.
  5. Analyze account performance using syndicated data and sales reports to support continuous improvement.
  6. Communicate trade plans promptly and accurately to bottlers and internal teams.
  7. Stay informed on competitive and relevant account information, providing feedback to leadership.
  8. Partner with Coca-Cola Bottler key account teams to execute shopper marketing initiatives and pricing strategies.
  9. Present account results at division meetings to senior leadership.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 6 years of direct sales experience in the CPG industry, with a successful track record across multiple national and regional channels.
  • Experience with Circle K is preferred.
  • Based remotely on the East Coast (Boston, NYC, Washington DC, Charlotte).
  • Strong analytical skills; Nielsen/IRI experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and DemandTec.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership and business development experience, especially in the DSD network, is preferred.
  • Reliable, proactive team player with a positive attitude.
  • Creative, independent worker.
  • Excellent team management and development skills.
  • Willingness to travel 50-75%, including long distances, with a valid driver’s license and a clean Motor Vehicle Record.
