Stellantis NV in Auburn Hills, MI seeks a Knowledge Based Engineering Advance Body/Closures Development Engineer. You will rapidly develop component templates using NX11, aligning with styling intent and engineering requirements.

You will collaborate across styling, engineering, requirements and manufacturing to resolve conflicts, and lead agreements among departments while advancing sheet metal body and closures concepts.

Qualifikationen

• BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Proficient with NX11 parametric modeling and wave linking.
• Minimum of 5 years CAD experience.
• Minimum of 5 years automotive body engineering experience.
• Teamcenter experience.
• Strong communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Rapid development of component template models incorporating engineering requirements and styling intent.
• Collaborate daily with styling/studio engineering, other component engineers, requirement experts, Sciences and Manufacturing.
• Lead and broker agreements for conflicting requirements across departments.
• Apply knowledge of sheet metal body and closures development.
