Located in Irvine, CA, this is a long-term contract position requiring 12 years of experience. The candidate will deliver API - Platform Engineering by leading solution initiatives. Responsibilities include recommending and re-engineering solutions to address complex incidents/issues, advanced troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and recommending solutions/fixing bugs. The candidate will identify toil and recommend/develop automation solutions, understand business requirements, and provide solutions through the self-service platform. Participation in piloting new products is also expected.
