Qualifications

• ,1. Strong experience with Kafka and AWS cloud for high-scale distributed systems.
• 2. Observability: distributed tracing, event logging, APM synthetic monitoring.
• 3. Understanding of SRE practices.
• 4. Experience in automation.
• 5. Experience building self-service platforms.
• 6. Web services and messaging protocols.
• 7. IaC with Ansible and Terraform, OpenShift/Kubernetes.
• 8. Public cloud providers (AWS).
• 9. Ability to collaborate across teams and influence decisions at interpersonal level.

Responsibilities

• Deliver API - Platform Engineering by leading solution initiatives.
• Recommend and re-engineer solutions to address complex incidents/issues.
• Conduct advanced troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and fix bugs.
• Identify toil and develop automation solutions.
• Provide solutions through the self-service platform based on business requirements.
• Participate in piloting new products.
