Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant field.
• +5 years in Software Development, Linux System Administration or DevOps.
• +2 years building and managing solutions using Apache Kafka.
• Experience in converting monolith applications into microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD techniques (Jenkins, GIT, Docker).
• Ability to train development and production teams.
• Strong knowledge of Kafka components and security model.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop Kafka consumer applications and streams for 2-way synchronization (Oracle-Kafka-MongoDB).
• Extract data from Oracle to Kafka topics using Kafka Connect and CDC.
• Perform basic ETL to shape topics for target structure.
• Load transformed data as MongoDB documents.
• Synchronize and transform data from MongoDB back to Oracle.
• Create tests to ensure delivered code meets requirements.
