Cardinal Health in Dublin, Ohio seeks an experienced data integration engineer to design and implement enterprise-scale integration solutions using Confluent Kafka, IBM MQ, and Attunity. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable data movement and transformation across cloud platforms and on-prem systems.

The role requires 3–6 years in data integration, 2+ years Java/Spring Boot, Kafka operations, and cloud experience (GCP), with Kubernetes/Docker and CI/CD tooling like

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• 3–6 years experience with data integration technologies (Confluent Kafka, IBM MQ, Dell Boomi or Attunity).
• 2+ years Java and Spring Boot experience.
• 2+ years Kafka development, support and operations.
• 2+ years with at least one relational database (MS SQL, Oracle, IBM DB2, SAP HANA).
• 2+ years cloud experience (GCP).
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker.
• Experience with GIT, Concourse, Ansible and Jenkins is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and implement enterprise-scale data integration solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including app dev, deployment and testing.
• Monitor and troubleshoot Kafka-based messaging and streaming.
• Manage system implementations to minimize production outages.
• Analyze production systems using Dynatrace or Splunk for capacity and root-cause analyses.
