Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of recent underwriting experience in Jumbo and Non-QM products.
• Strong knowledge of non-conforming/non-agency Jumbo and Non-QM loan programs.
• Superior knowledge of property and credit underwriting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Review and underwrite loan submissions according to guidelines.
• Perform credit, income, and property analysis for loans.
• Analyze tax returns and calculate income for borrower eligibility.
• Identify and assess loan risk factors related to borrowers.
• Communicate credit decisions to internal staff and partners.
