Qualifications

• Three years of progressively responsible full-time legal, court, or justice system experience.
• High school diploma or GED; combination with post-secondary education and job-related experience may be substituted on a year-for-year basis.

Responsibilities

• Process, maintain confidential and sensitive court records and processes.
• Prepare bench warrants and releases, issue summonses, subpoenas, minute entries, and various court forms.
• Mark and maintain submitted exhibits, complete docket entries and case notes.
• Answer inquiries from the public and other agencies; coordinate court calendar and hearings.
