Job summary

EPAM Systems Inc is seeking a Senior JavaScript/TypeScript Fullstack Engineer to design, build, and ship production features end-to-end—from the database to the API to the UI.

You will own feature work on our stack (Node.js, React, PostgreSQL/Redis, AWS or other cloud) and use AI coding assistants daily to accelerate delivery, test, debug, and explore the codebase. Strong English skills and 3+ years of experience required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience as a full-stack engineer.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js.
• Frontend experience with React and/or Angular; database experience with PostgreSQL/Redis.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship full-stack features across the JavaScript/TypeScript stack (frontend, backend, DB).
• Own tasks end to end: implementation, testing, code review, and documentation.
• Use AI coding assistants daily to implement tasks, generate tests, debug, and explore the codebase.
• Apply prompt engineering and context management to get reliable AI outputs.
• Critically review AI-generated code before merging and ensure correctness.
• Integrate with cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) and third-party services.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and sprint planning.
• Debug and resolve production issues across the stack with AI-assisted analysis.
