Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Lead Fullstack Developer to bridge strategic goals with hands-on delivery.

You will shape architecture for cross-functional teams across IT, Sales, Finance, and HR while guiding a dispersed delivery pod to implement complex integrations and secure, scalable enterprise systems. You will own API design, frontend-backend coordination, and cutting-edge AI tool calling, with hands-on work in TypeScript/JavaScript, React, Node.js or Python, and AWS services.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in full-stack development with delivery history.
• Experience guiding and managing development teams.
• Strong TypeScript/JavaScript and React expertise.
• Backend experience with Node.js or Python and API design.
• Proven track record shipping AI/LLM-based solutions and tool calling.
• Direct AWS delivery experience (Lambda, API Gateway, ECS/EKS, S3, RDS/DynamoDB).
• Experience with enterprise authentication (SSO/Okta) and RBAC.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product owners and stakeholders for real-time collaboration.
• Translate loosely scoped use cases into architecture plans and backlogs.
• Lead integrations across Salesforce, ServiceNow, Jira, Glean, and Oracle HCM.
• Guide authentication, data contracts, RBAC, and go-live transitions.
• Coordinate with India-based delivery teams and maintain quality gates.
• Prototype UI, agent logic, and MCP/LLM integration paths as needed.
