EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior Test Automation Engineer to design and implement scalable automation for modern web apps and APIs. You will lead frontend and API testing initiatives, build robust test frameworks, and integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• Hands-on automation with JavaScript/TypeScript for web apps and APIs.
• Experience with Cypress, Playwright or WebdriverIO for tests.
• API testing using Postman, SuperTest, Axios or similar tools.
• Solid testing principles, design techniques and QA processes.
• CI/CD experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI or Azure DevOps.
• Version control with Git and collaboration in Agile/Scrum teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain automated test frameworks with JS/TS.
• Create automated tests for frontend, APIs and end-to-end flows.
• Build and maintain test suites with Cypress, Playwright, WebdriverIO.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Analyze failures, report defects and work with developers to resolve.
• Improve automation reliability, speed, and maintainability.
• Contribute to test strategy, code reviews and quality discussions.
• Mentor QA engineers and promote automation best practices.
