Qualifications

• 8+ years of cumulative honorable military service (W-1 to O-6) and a BA/BS degree.
• Must be certified by US Army Cadet Command.
• Teacher certification is not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and conduct the JROTC unit according to Army and school rules.
• Advise authorities on policy changes.
• Maintain relations with students, faculty, and community.
• Enrol students in JROTC and teach the Army-designed curriculum.
• Lead after‑school/co-curricular activities and master training schedule.
• Maintain inventory and accountability of government equipment.
• Supervise the Army Instructor (AI) and evaluate performance.
