Job summary

OG&E is seeking a Joint Use Compliance and Contract Manager Senior/Specialist to oversee the contract portfolio, negotiate terms, and ensure regulatory alignment across departments. The role emphasizes governance, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration in a complex utility context.

The position requires strong contract management, negotiation, and compliance skills with cross-functional interaction and reporting to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 7 years experience in Supply Chain contract administration or related fields.
• High School Diploma/GED and 10 years experience in Supply Chain contract administration or related fields.
• 4 years of experience managing contracts, including compliance, interpretation, and enforcement.
• Prior experience negotiating contracts with third-parties.
• Senior qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years experience, or High School Diploma/GED and 8 years experience.
• 2 years of experience managing contracts, including compliance, interpretation, and enforcement.
• Prior experience negotiating contracts with third-parties.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Joint Use contract portfolio and lifecycle through renewal cadence and governance.
• Develop executive reporting on contract status, renewals, and financial impacts.
• Lead negotiations for new and renewed Joint Use contracts and related terms.
• Maintain the Joint Use contract repository with version control and audit trails.
• Serve as contract and compliance SME for interpretation and disputes with Legal and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Accounting and Finance to ensure terms support objectives and billing processes.
